In Chinese philosophy, yin and yang describe how seemingly opposite or contrary forces may actually be complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world, and how they may give rise to each other as they interrelate to one another.
When either of the two forces are deficient in us, we seek it outside of us and we unconsciously allow that external force to control us. It is possible to nurture and nourish both these forces and bring about a balance between them with the practice of balance the pair of opposites by making use of the Yin Yang Symbol.
The purpose of this symbol is to bring a balance between the right and the left brain. The right brain nurtures and exhibits the Shakti energy of creativity and the left brain nurtures and exhibits the Shiva energy of absolute Intellect, intelligence and Power.
Phyllis Krystal shared with us this symbol and it works wonders on anyone who practices it.
This bundle product has a Yin Yang Practice Mat along with a CD Audio Guide.
